David McNeil has established McNeil Wilson Communications as the principal public relations firm serving Hawaii’s visitor industry and is recognized as one of the foremost practitioners of tourism public relations in the United States. His representation of clients encompasses all segments of the travel industry including destination marketing, air transportation, resorts and hotels, meetings and conventions, industry associations, cruise ships, and visitor activities and attractions. He has been at the forefront of key land use issues related to tourism development and has provided expert counsel on government and community relations.

He is a member of the board of advisors of the University of Hawaii Travel Industry Management School, the board of the Honolulu Festival, and the board of the Hawaii Hospitality Hall of Fame. David is a cofounder of McNeil Wilson Communications and chairman of its parent company, Anthology Marketing Group.

David Wilson is a cofounder of McNeil Wilson Communications and vice-chairman of Anthology Marketing Group. Wilson is a 30-year veteran in the field of public relations in Hawaii, he serves as the principal on all public affairs and corporate accounts. He provides strategic counsel to clients in a broad range of industries, including finance, real estate development, security, litigation, construction and government relations. His widely recognized work in the areas of public affairs, issues management and crisis communications is characterized by creative thinking and comprehensive and proven strategies.

In 1977, Wilson was awarded the Queen Elizabeth Silver Jubilee Medal for meritorious service. Wilson is a graduate of the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, England.
